Jeffrey Kaddu is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda with a strong focus on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and is actively involved in several international arbitration networks, including the London Court of Arbitration (LCIA) Africa Users Forum, Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) and the WIPO ADR Young Group, Uganda Law Society and East Africa Law Society.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Makerere University and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. He has further specialized in arbitration through certifications from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and WIPO and is currently pursuing a Diploma in International Arbitration.

His practice spans local, regional, and international arbitration, with experience in commercial, corporate, intellectual property, and construction disputes before both institutional and ad hoc tribunals. He has also served as tribunal secretary in high-value arbitration and mediation proceedings, supporting eminent arbitrators.

In addition to his practice, Jeffrey serves on the Advisory Board of the Arbitration Fund for African Students (AFAS), the Young Members Committee of CIArb Uganda, the LCIA African Users Council, and the East African Law Society ADR Committee.

He is an author, with publications in leading arbitration platforms and contributions to international legal texts in investment law and dispute resolution.
