Hezekiah is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Corporate Departments.

Hezekiah advises top-tier local and foreign clients including financial service providers, asset managers, fund managers, payment system and service providers, fintech service providers, banking institutions, credit providers, credit bureaus, e-commerce platforms regarding market entry, regulation, licensing, authorization, approval, and exemptions.  In addition, Hezekiah also advises on platform integration, digital lending, digital banking, crypto-assets and blockchain related service offerings. Hezekiah assists clients with ongoing compliance, regulatory enforcement matters, and with product structuring, and marketing in compliance with the national payment system framework.

Hezekiah routinely advises several clients in respect to their data protection and privacy mandates, corporate advisory, corporate governance and key compliance matters Hezekiah also advises on estate planning and management mandates for high net-worth clients.

Hezekiah is a qualified Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, a member of the Uganda Law Society and East African Law Society. Hezekiah holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from Makerere University Kampala and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. Hezekiah is an Advocate.
