Brian is a Partner at AF Mpanga who has been repeatedly recognized in IFLR1000 and Chambers as a leading lawyer in Uganda in corporate law and litigation. He also heads our Technology Media and Telecoms (TMT) and Intellectual Property Practice where he is a market leader advising some of the world’s biggest companies in technology.

Brian is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda. He is a member of the International Bar Association, a member of the East Africa Law Society, a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) where he sits on the Global Advisory Council and the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee. Brian has also acted as the Chairperson of the legal committee of the Uganda Bankers Association.
