Brian is a member of the corporate department at AF Mpanga. His practice spans across corporate mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, capital markets and general cross-border corporate and commercial law. As a key member of the firm’s Corporate Department, he advises both listed and unlisted companies on high-value mergers and acquisitions, structured finance transactions, capital markets and legal & regulatory matters. Brian regularly acts for financial institutions and a diverse portfolio of corporate clients on a broad spectrum of commercial matters.
Brian holds an LLB (Honours) from Uganda Christian University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. He is an admitted member of both the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
