Abdallah Sekibembe is an Associate at AF Mpanga and a member of the firm’s Corporate and Arbitration Departments.
His practice focuses on corporate and commercial advisory, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration. He advises corporate clients, financial institutions, multinationals, state entities, and non-governmental organisations on transactions, business operations, employment, licensing, and regulatory matters across sectors including banking and financial services, insurance, telecommunications, agriculture, hospitality, transport, and e-commerce.
Abdallah serves as Company Secretary to corporates, multinational companies, and non-governmental organisations, supporting boards and management on governance, statutory compliance, and corporate decision-making. His experience also includes representing clients in commercial disputes before courts, tribunals, and other dispute resolution fora.

He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Uganda Christian University. He is admitted to the Uganda Bar and is a member of the Uganda Law Society, the East African Law Society, the Institute of Transnational Arbitration, the WIPO ADR community, and the Africa Corporate and Governance Forum.
