Yusuf Mawanda

Yusuf Mawanda is a Senior Associate with our Dispute Resolution Team.

He regularly represents the firm’s key clients in disputes pertaining to contractual and commercial matters, employment law and land law. He regularly advises on matters of risk mitigation for commercial entities and regulatory compliance.

Yusuf holds an LLB (Hons) degree from Makerere University and a Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law Development Centre where he was named top student in ‘Commercial Law’ for the year 2014.  Yusuf was called to the Ugandan bar in 2017 and he is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
