Martha Apoo

Martha Apoo is an Associate in the Corporate Department of our firm and a member of the Chartered Institute of Corporate Governance, UK (formerly ICSA).

She is a Chartered Company Secretary and Administrator with over 8 years experience in the company secretarial role. She advises several clients on company secretarial matters. Martha joined us from Harneys Corporate Services Limited, British Virgin Islands where she was working as a Senior Corporate Services Administrator. She has also previously worked with National Social Security Fund (NSSF), Deloitte (Uganda) Limited and Shonubi, Musoke & Co. Advocates.

Martha has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Uganda Christian University and a master’s in international business and Corporate Law from Lancaster University, UK.
