Ernest K. Wiltshire

Ernest Wiltshire is the Managing Partner at AF Mpanga Advocates.

Ernest advises, acts for and represents foreign missions, International and local Non- Governmental Organisations, Development Agencies and large corporates. In regard to the foregoing, Ernest represents Clients in litigation and arbitration matters and advises on matters of employment, retirement benefits, immigration, personal injury, product liability, tax and regulatory compliance.

He also teaches the law of evidence at Makerere University and is a former Vice President of the Uganda Law Society.  Together with other members of the firm, Ernest has been at the forefront of several ground-breaking public interest matters in the Uganda Constitutional Court that have advanced and clarified on the scope of various rights in Uganda under its 1995 Constitutional dispensation.
