Brian is a Senior Associate with AF Mpanga Advocates and a key member of the firm’s Corporate- Commercial Team.
His practice involves a broad range of commercial advisory and transaction advice particularly in corporate governance for large corporates, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and cross-border corporate transactions. He has been involved in Foreign Direct Investment advisory; insolvency matters and corporate restructurings. Brian is a certified Insolvency Practitioner and a registered Trademark Agent.
He holds a Master of Laws degree in Oil and Gas from Uganda Christian University, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University, Kampala and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. Brian is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
